Meet Justin
Justin M. Litaker joined Litaker Insurance in 2012 as Insurance Advisor. He became Vice President in 2015 and will be transitioning to President in 2024, marking the fourth generation of agency leadership. Justin oversees the agency and works directly with business owners across various industries on their commercial insurance needs and individuals on designing insurance programs to protect their family and assets.
A lifelong Charlottean, he grew up ingrained in the family business and interned with the agency during college. After graduation, he joined Litaker Insurance full time and obtained the following designations: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM), and Certified Builders Insurance Agent (CBIA).
Justin obtained a dual Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Risk Management & Insurance and Marketing from Appalachian State University. He serves on the board for the NC Reinsurance Facility and Independent Insurance Agents of NC (IIANC) Education Foundation.
When Justin isn't serving his clients, you can find him spending time with his family (spouse Lauren, three children Lizzie, Brian and Annalee, and rescue dog Bear), coaching one of his kid's youth sport teams, cheering on the Mountaineers, or vacationing in the North Carolina mountains or beaches.
